We’ll pick you up from your Santo Domingo or La Romana Hotel and transfer you to our Eden like location. On route you will see many sugar fields and plantations. And some of tour of the Island most spectacular ocean side scenery.

Our transportation packages include a round trip to the Caribbean Luau Punta Cana in an air-conditioned coach, with a relaxing journey. Choose between: bus or private SUV.

Motor Coach Standard Transportation

• Pick up at the designated location near your Santo Domingo, Boca Chica, Juan Dolio and la Romana hotels
• Ride in a luxurious top-of-the-line motor coach
• Trip narrated by friendly, local guide
• Pickup times: 2 p.m.
• Return to Your hotel at approximately 10:30 p.m.for la Romana, 11:15 pm Juan Dolio and 11:55 pm Santo Domingo

It is possible to book an overnight stay in one of the many great hotels in Punta Cana. When booking online, you can add your overnight option during check-out.

Tips for attending the Luau

• We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and flat sandals. We also recommend bringing a light sweater.
• A picture ID must be present for guests over the age of 21 years of age in order to consume alcohol.

Disclaimers & Cacellation Policy

• Reservations are available until 1 pm on the day of service. All reservations after 1pm are subject to availability.
• Preliminary counts by our Agency Partners are required by 12 pm noon the day prior.
• Agency Partners must confirm block reservations by 12 pm on the day of service.
• Caribbean Luau will accept a cancellation 48 hours prior to the pick-up time without any penalty unless otherwise stated.
• Cancellations within the 24-hour period, as well as “no shows,” will be a full charge.
No refunds will be offered or credited for unredeemed, and or unused portions of our package inclusions such as menu items, amenities, activities and drink tickets.
• All events and times are weather permitting and are subject to change without notice.
Caribbean Luau reserves the right to cancel any event at its discretion. Notification of event cancellations will be communicated to all Guests in the event this occurs.
